Why redmare you might ask?

Well who, in the horse world, DOESN’T know a red mare? Honestly, we’ve all had one, or at the very least, known one.

We wanted something catchy, that is relatable to all horse people. Something inclusive across all disciplines & breeds, from the highest of competition mounts to the beloved paddock ornament.

Think about it, we all have/know that horse that has that ‘presence’, that little spark that just says ‘I’m here, what are you going to do about it?’. She’s fiery, lively, sassy, cheeky, your best friend… and sometimes your worst nightmare 🤦🏽‍♀️… and she always needs something… mostly food 😂… but also things like a farrier, when she’s thrown a shoe at a competition 🙄… a chiropractor, a saddle fitter, a vet… a trainer… maybe all of the above, when she’s just that extra bit salty and you’re at your wits end trying to figure it out so you can be friends again!

We’ve all been there… am I right? 😁

Maybe she’s not even a chestnut mare at all… maybe it’s a bay gelding named ‘Spike’ (for a reason!)… but you get my drift 😊

We would love to see your redmare and hear their stories!

Here’s one of mine! A registered Appaloosa would you believe?! Or as I like to call her ‘quarter horse with a spot’… she’s everything that a redmare is. We love her for all of her personality… but by gosh she’s hard work sometimes 🤦🏽‍♀️🥰😂
